Quotations[edit]

This article contains many lengthy quotations from primary sources, which is a concern given the guidelines around quotations and WP:NOFULLTEXT. I am a relatively new editor on WP and still honing a lot of my skills, so it will be some time before I am knowledgeable enough to properly tackle the issues here with the overuse of quotations.
