Fair use rationale for Image:Cracklinrosie45.jpg

Image:Cracklinrosie45.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Homemade wine?

If that's what the reference says, then that's what we have to say... but it makes no sense for Cracklin' Rosie to be "a store-bought woman" if it's a homemade wine. Store-bought and homemade are pretty much opposites. I think it's much more probable that the name refers to a specific brand of cheap commercial wine called Lancer's Crackling Rose, which apparently existed in the earlier years of the 20th Century (you can find references to it in Google). 69.63.50.98 (talk) 18:00, 1 November 2009 (UTC)

Motorcycle
