Tribunal de Orden PúblicoCourt of Public OrderWP:ENGLISHTITLE Unless I'm wrong, article titles should generally, in most cases, follow the rules of the English language. Here I do not see any reason not to translate an institution's name from Spanish to English, like we translate institution names from all around the world, see State Security Committee of the Republic of Belarus or Ministry of Territorial Development and Habitat.
