"all Olympic International Federations but one"[edit]

Which one? 86.132.143.24 06:58, 23 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hyper selective examples[edit]

Is there any encyclopaedic, non-POV, justification for publishing the two examples pertaining to Anglophone soccer and none others from the history of CAS's casebook? Kevin McE (talk) 19:41, 24 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Possibility of contesting a decision, finalness of decision[edit]

Are the decisions of CAS final? Do the parties always agree to a finalness clause when handing a case to CAS for application? Is there a possibility to further contest the decisions by CAS? The last one is of course completely against the idea of third-party arbitration, but it is not hard to imagine someone would try to do it anyway. And no matter wheter the answers are 'yes' or 'no,' these should, methinks, be explained better in the article. I don't know anything about this, so I won't edit. Just layman's wondering. What is an international Olympic federation?[edit]

At first I had a hard time understanding the term Olympic federation. I now know what it means, but a wikilink wouldn't be bad at all. There are two separate lists of such federations in WP, one for winter and one for summer sports. So I can't decide how to link.
