Content removal[edit]

I removed content about the US, claims about totalitarian state are different than counterintelligence state and that is main topic of this article as it is clearly said: "The counterintelligence state is characterized by the presence of a large, elite force acting as a watchdog of a security defined as broadly that the state must maintain an enormous vigilance and enforcement apparatus... This apparatus is not accountable to the public and enjoys immense police powers... Whether the civilian government is able to control the security bodies is an open question; indeed the civilian government is so penetrated by the apparatus that there is no clear distinction between the two. So this is article about counterintelligence and not totalitarian or dictatorship state. Also Soviet and Russian examples are covered with sources and numbers. I explained my edits in the edit history also of this article. Even source presented talk about totalitarian state and not counterintelligence state. And everyone can say anything to be classified as totalitarian or counterrinteligence or so there need to be wide acceptance in sources and academic community and the ngo-s etc etc 79.101.184.162 (talk) 15:42, 28 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

This article is not the same as a totalitarian state. The United States intelligence services have repeatedly shown to have extensive surveillance on all aspects of American society. Besides, such a large change as this should be discussed here first. Lucydesu (talk) 06:40, 30 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
