Not Dubious at all

Fixed Price contract includes Costs + Fee. When the scope is not well define, the contractor must put a margin to cover eventual risks and overwork. Cost Plus Fee contracts allow to maintain the Fee (commercial margin) of the contractor into limits even if the scope creeps. The article is correct. Pghislain (talk) 16:04, 25 March 2014 (UTC)
