Serious article issue[edit]
This article (almost entirely) is an unreferenced copy paste from a website here. Plagiarism leads to copyright violations. The website the information was obtained from carries a copyright: © River Valley Region Association - Web Development Bearcat Marketing. I will research this for additional sources to rewrite the article. In the mean time I deleted most of the content, added a reference, and removed the 2009 reference tag.
