I OWN A BUSINESS ON FOLEY BLVD ON 95TH LANE IN FRONT OF THE OLD PLASTICS PLANT. I HAVE OWNED THIS BUSINESS AND PAID MINNESOTA STATE SALES TAX FOR 53 YEARS AND IS THE OLDEST MOTORCYCLE SHOP IN MINNESOTA THAT I KNOW OF. AT MY AGE OF 77 I WOULD LIKE TO GET PAID FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS AND RELOCATION FEES AND MOVING EXPENSES UNLESS I GET ENOUGH MONEY TO RETIRE ON FOR MY PRIME INDUSTRIAL CORNER OF ALMOST ONE ACRE. I'M SURE THE RAILROAD CAN AFFORD TO BUY ME OUT. THIS IS IDEAL RAILROAD TRANSIT PROPERTY IF I CANNOT CONTINUE IN BUSINESS, THEN I CANNOT AFFORD TO EAT..............MY SSI DOES NOT PAY ENOUGH TO COVER MY OVERHEAD AND FEED ME TOO SO THAT IS WHY I AM STILL WORKING. SO EITHER I SELL OUT FOR ENOUGH TO EXIST ON OR I WILL BE FORCED ONTO WELFARE AT TAXPAYERS EXPENSE.............IS THIS THE AMERICAN WAY? WILL I BECOME ONE OF ADOLPH HITLERS USELESS EATERS OR CAN I GET JUST COMPENSATION FOR MY LAND WITHOUT EMINENT DOMAIN BECOMING A FACIST RULE OVER ME?
