NZHPT listing?[edit]

One of the books I used for this article, the usually very reliable "100 Historic places in New Zealand" (which was written by a former NZHPT member and with the help of that organisation) lists this building as a Grade I structure, but I can't find any mention of it on the register at the NZHPT website.
