Only adopted wording[edit]

The sentence "The current constitution is the only adopted by the state of Arizona" doesn't make sense to me and isn't even punctuated properly. I see that in a previous revision [1] that the wording makes sense and is punctuated properly. I am going to revise it to reflect that version.
