Easy Money Bar Scenes Shot on Richmond Road and DeKalb Avenue Concord.[edit]

--173.3.20.172 (talk) 16:22, 29 May 2011 (UTC)The Bar Scenes in Rodney Dangerfield's Easy Money Film were shot inside and out at the Old L& M Tavern on 701 & 702 Richmond Road and DeKalb Avenue. The house that stood there was once a hotel, according to my Father, Mario Cassetti. It was purchased by the Cassetti family circa 1920s, by my Grandfather, Paul Cassetti and this house stayed in the family until it was sold in the 1990s, not long after my Father's death in 1991. There was also a Deli owned by my Grandmother, Angelica (nee Albertelli) Cassetti on that site on the Richmond Road side next to the L&M Tavern, which was closed after she retired and became more family living space. Sadly, after the sale of the house by the Cassetti family, the house caught fire and burned to the ground. A tire store sadly sits in this location. This was the house were I lived as a small child. My Father, Mario watched the filming of "Easy Money" as he was doing work at the house on the day Rodney Dangerfield and Joe Pesci were shooting those scenes in the 1980s.[reply]
