Photo problems[edit]

Its a condition of entry to confest that photos not be published without permission of confest. Something like that. The precise legal definition may make wikipedia photos difficult.Polypipe Wrangler (talk) 04:32, 20 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  • There are quite a lot of photos to choose from at http://www.flickr.com/search/?q=confest. None of them presently carry a Creative Commons license compatible with Wikipedia, alas, but some of those users may be willing to relicense their photos. If some enterprising soul is willing to ask.... Tim Pierce (talk) 01:29, 19 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The real problem with photos is that a condition of entry is that copyright of any photos taken at a ConFest is owned by the Down to Earth Co-op. This means that DTE is the point of contact regarding copyright/licensing of pictures. Alex 12:21, 6 September 2016 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Settantta (talkcontribs)
