I do not know anything about this subject, but I recently read (at http://www.economyprofessor.com/theorists/francisedgeworth.php) that Professor Francis Edgeworth publishe results in "the economics journal" (whatever that is) on "community indifference curves" (whatever they are) so this article does not seem right.
