Move to "Participatory budgeting voting rule"?[edit]
This article is mostly about methods that decide what output knapsack to select. It is not about algorithmic questions like how to most quickly compute a particular outcome. So I think a title involving "voting rule" or "voting system" would be more descriptive. A more practical reason to rename the article is that "algorithm" sounds a bit scary, and voting topics should be as accessible as possible to members of the public. @Erel Segal, any views on this?
