@TheCatalyst31: The citation you provided is behind a paywall but I will defer to you on your ability to verify its reliability. The issue still stands that nothing I can access demonstrates notoriety and the "fact" you added would be classified as trivia, not a reason for notability. REA electric cooperative affiliated womens clubs are not a notable issue and this by itself does not demonstrate "significant coverage" as per WP:GNG. Given this I recommend you either expand upon the article or allow it to be brought up for deletion discussion. Thank you for taking the time to read this and glad to meet you! In addition to the source I provided, which is a longer article that discusses more than the women's club, there's also [1][2][3][4][5][6].
