Source(s) of information in this article?[edit]

I've noticed that this article contains several uncited and unencyclopedic (by WP standards) passages. I'm wondering if they were lifted word-for-word from an Annual Town Report or something similar. If so, that would be potential violation of Wikipedia's copyright policies. Although it's excellent information (and appears to be well-written, if not professionally written), it would have to be removed or extensively reworked into original prose and properly cited. I agree. The very fact that the bulk of the article is preceded with a disclaimer saying the info was garnered from many locations, yet none of the following text is cited at all, leads me to believe the entire bulk of it needs to be deleted. If others want to return the information, properly cited, then great; otherwise, it qualifies as original research under Wikipedia's standards, and as you pointed out, may be a pile of potential copyright violations. Since nothing is cited, we have no way of knowing. Indy (talk) 19:59, 31 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
