Article name[edit]

The article name uses American spelling ("Colored"), but the article clearly states the league was entirely Canadian. I would expect to see "Coloured" in that scenario, but I don't know for certain how the league actually spelled it. (Not a crazy question, as the Australian political party spells its name "Labor" instead of "Labour" like one might expect.) Does anyone know which spelling is correct? "Colored" is the official name and spelling. A lot of the Canadian sources in the article do spell it "Coloured". Do we have actual period sources that use the spelling "Colored"? BilCat (talk) 20:17, 31 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Both British and American spelling conventions were used in Canada at the time. In terms of sources, this book uses the current spelling as do most other sources. Here is a newspaper article about it from 1927.--User:Namiba 20:33, 31 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
