Copyvio ? Spammed advertizing ?[edit]

Evidence of copyright violation by direct copy-pasting is shown by the remaining sentence « we publish ».

This article seems suspect in its content, notably in all the dated History sub-sections imported by Gorananicic (contributions) in 27 July 2009, in three successive edits of this article starting at 14:34 in just a few minutes, as these subsections were added successively starting from the last one to the oldest one) : diff

If this is not a copyright violation (I still can't find where the text was taken from, by Googling), at least this is a clear NPOV violation or just advertizing.

Note that this media group has lost several licences for the magazines that it published in Serbia and Montenegro, not paying for example the fees that were due to FHM International (for the now defunct Serbian edition of FHM), and the editor may just be one of the employees of this group in severe financial troubles (may be this could be checked by IP ?).

All these sections are then very suspect. And as well, all the external links added in several articles by this user (it looks like spamming ads). — verdy_p (talk) 07:08, 1 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Proven copyvio offense[edit]

I have found the source of these subsections : http://www.color.rs/history.html (with exactly the same words and typography, including punctuation, capitalized letters...). This is a clear proof of copyright violation, and this user should be warned, almost all his contributions are spammed links. For this reason I have dropped these sections and replaced them by an external reference to the official website from which these texts were illegally imported. verdy_p (talk) 07:43, 1 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Excessive (spam?) external links (IP check wanted)[edit]

The many external links (without any relation to the article, and untranslated) added by 82.117.201.66 (contributions) just before these copyvio (also on 27 july 2009 at 10:29), are also very questionable. It may appear that this is the same user than above (IP Check wanted). See diff. I think this is the same user as BokicaK because one of his addition was reverted and added once again by this IP using the same words, taken from the history.

Note that this IP had several of its contribs reverted for vandalism (his first contrib, as well as this offensive one: diff (obscenities).

I will not remove them before someone else than me estimates that these links are undesirable. However they are commented out, waiting for a better qualification and proper use as references for the article (in which I keep the top banner about the missing references.) verdy_p (talk) 08:07, 1 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
