Reversion of 2010-02-25[edit]

There were too many problems with the recent anon changes to just accept them unquestioningly. I won't bother to type out a full list and explanation unless someone is serious about contributing and asks. For just a few examples: (1) The idea (flawed, to speak charitably) that the whole Battle of Germantown occurred on one day at one house; (2) The fact that the ideas originally attributed to the Inquirer citation got replaced while the cite stayed the same. If you want to change the article, feel free, but give edit summaries, and go slow enough (1 or 2 changes per edit) that each deletion of existing content and each insertion of new content can be evaluated. Modern owners[edit]

Is this the Cliveden estate owned by Perl Mesta and later by Lyndon Johnson? If so, it should be mentioned in the article.98.170.198.158 (talk) 03:09, 26 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
