Not journalism

This is supposed to be a biography, not a media outlet. The extensive use of quotes by the congressman and content such as where he sleeps (in 2017-2018) make the article suffer from PRESENTISM and should be deleted. If there is nothing substantive to show about what he has accomplished in Congress, which should be the focus of content since his election, then leave it out. Just because media wants to print human interest stories does not mean that everything needs to be reproduced here. Similarly, his video filmed at Auschwitz appeared to be a play for attention; it is questionable whether it is significant enough to be covered here even though it was covered by media, which are desperate to feed the 24-hr news cycle. He got attention, then took the video down.Parkwells (talk) 16:11, 30 April 2018 (UTC)

Because this is not intended as a current media site, I deleted Higgins' inflammatory posting about killing Islamic "heathens". Let's not turn Wikipedia into his campaign or congressional website; readers can look at his own sites for such messages.Parkwells (talk) 22:53, 30 April 2018 (UTC)
