Argala?[edit]

There's an article at Adjutant (bird) that uses the Latin name Ciconia argala. Is that another species that should be referred to in this article? The Lesser Adjutant and Greater Adjutant have their own articles, but they would appear to be from different genus. Rojomoke 11:41, 30 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I've deleted that unsourced and unverifiable article. It can only be an old name for one of the adjutants. Jimfbleak 12:26, 30 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Number of Species?[edit]

The article says "Six of the seven living species..." but later says "The genus contains eight extant species." These cannot both be correct. 70.172.240.198 (talk) 18:58, 19 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
