The Pepys quote was heartly approved by David Kahn. Beside the fact that before I unhearted this info from the archives it was generally unknown to Pepysians and Cryptologists alike, it is perfectly relevant in this page to demostrate my thesis that important personages in every Court have no time to encrypt their correspondence, as was erroneouly said of Cicco.(Gus Buonafalce (talk) 08:55, 10 April 2008 (UTC)).[reply]
