Category:History of Portugal: lots to remove there
Template:Regions of Portugal: statistical (NUTS3) subregions and intercommunal entities are confused; they are not the same in all regions, and should be sublisted separately in each region: intermunicipal entities are sometimes larger and split by subregions (e.g. the Metropolitan Area of Lisbon has two subregions), some intercommunal entities are containing only parts of subregions. All subregions should be listed explicitly and not assume they are only intermunicipal entities (which accessorily are not statistic subdivisions but real administrative entities, so they should be listed below, probably using a smaller font: we can safely eliminate the subgrouping by type of intermunicipal entity from this box).

Churches in Portugal[edit]

Hi Julie, I have been following the wonderful development of this interesting and beautiful article about the Church of Saint Ildefonso. Churches, chapels and temples fall within the scope of Zwinglio's mission. I also noticed that you removed the category link [Category:Churches in Portugal]. I think this link should go there. The reason I removed that category is because I had replaced it with the category "Churches in Porto". Churches in Porto is already a subcategory of Churches in Portugal. There is no need for the article to be placed within both; and generally speaking, the more specific the category, the better. See Wikipedia:Categorization#Categorizing pages. Octagonal?[edit]

The article, and the description of the photo accompanying POTD 2014-06-28 identify this as an octagonal building. A review of satellite imagery of the aerial view of the structure, and various photos accompanying Google Maps location does not seem to support this.
