Additional sources[edit]

A few sources would be nice... Most of this is a perfectly reasonable summary of what is to be found in Johnson/Defoe General History of Pirates but there are a few surprising additions. Where did you find the date of death (1770) ? Does anybody have any sources at all for Condent other than GHP ? Boulet rouge (talk) 14:58, 4 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Merger proposal[edit]

Christopher Condent and William Condon are the same person, as is evidenced by the following passage:

"This sent a new wave of pirates to Madagascar in 1719. It was Christopher Condent (sometimes named William "Billy One-Hand" Condon) ... who led the return to the eastern seas."

Grolltech, you should probably merge them. If there ever was any controversy, one would expect it to appear at some point during the last 13 months. - Caribbean~H.Q. 01:01, 17 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
