Merge proposal[edit]

It looks like Christian music industry and Christian media are excellent candidates for merger. Both cover the same topic. Absolon S. Kent (talk) 17:29, 27 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  • oppose merger. clearly two topics here. Cecole (talk) 18:36, 27 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

History is not accurate[edit]

The history starts with the advent of Jesus music, but it acknowledges the existence of labels that absorbed the nascent performers in the 1970s so it's clear that this is wrong. There was a gospel music industry before Jesus music emerged in the late 60s and early 70s. Walter Görlitz (talk) 14:31, 16 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Lyrical dimension label not true[edit]

Emo is distinguished in a large part from rock by lyrics. I think Taylor Swift was called country based on lyrics at one point. DemonDays64 (talk) 16:28, 24 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
