Website broken?[edit]

I tried to visit the web site because the link at https://senseis.xmp.net/?ZhongguoQiyuan (to http://www.zgqyhzfy.com/web/index.do) was broken, but http://www.chinaqiyuan.com/ (as given here) does not seem to work either: it reports 403 Forbidden / nginx .
