Chiller

NBC Universal will announce Chiller and further details of the network today (January 12th, 2007) at the TV Critics Association Winter Press Tour in Pasadena. Can anyone procure a legal copy of the channel's logo once it's unveiled, post it in the entry, and make one of those infoboxes (owner of the network, carriage details, etc) for Chiller? I'm learning the ropes here at Wikipedia but on certain things I'm still a novice. Thanks in advance. Jason.cinema 10:40, 12 January 2007 (UTC)

I'll add an infobox

As more details come out about this channel someone will need to fill in the info.IG-2000 05:57, 15 January 2007 (UTC)

Never mind someone beat me to it:) IG-2000 05:59, 15 January 2007 (UTC)

Opening sentence

I rewrote the opening sentence to emphasis that this article is about Chiller and not NBC Universal, plus it reflects the common style used in wikipedia articles. On March 1 someone will need to change the word launching to launched in the first sentence.IG-2000 06:48, 15 January 2007 (UTC)

I removed the statement that Chiller will be on channel 246 on DIRECTV, as no link to a source verifying said statement was present. 70.157.174.43 09:24, 26 January 2007 (UTC)

I added Chiller's initial launch schedule and info about the upcoming Sleuth movie marathon promoting the launch of Chiller. Jason.cinema 16:51, 18 February 2007 (UTC)

I added info about DIRECTV's channel 101, The 101, airing a Chiller preview marathon Friday, February 23rd and Saturday, February 24th, 2007. Jason.cinema 10:38, 21 February 2007 (UTC)

Major Changes

Parts of this article were very poorly written, so I made some major changes in structure. Wherever a sentence said something to the effect of "click the link at the end of this sentence for blah blah blah," I moved the link to the bottom of the page in the external links section. I moved a few paragraphs around as well, and added a section on the origin of the network--a section that ought to exist on any article about a television network. Some changes may still be in order, but at this point, the article is looking much better. Allixpeeke 05:19, 12 March 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for cleaning up the article, allix. You did a good job. Jason.cinema 21:54, 15 March 2007 (UTC)

I removed the section that mentioned that DISH Network will be adding Chiller to its lineup in 2007 as there was no news article or press release referenced. Jason.cinema 08:32, 2 April 2007 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for Image:Chiller.gif

Image:Chiller.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Chiller TV coming to Dish Network

I was on dishchannelchart.com, which is a website that follows Dish Network programing changes, and it looks like Chiller TV will be on channel 199. I believe it will be in the 250 package. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Vereinigten (talkcontribs) 21:53, 18 March 2008 (UTC)

Ani-Monday?

They've apparently added a version of Ani-Monday that airs at 9 P.M. on Mondays. However, it seems to exclusively air horror-related anime series/OVAs/movies/etc. (It apparently started on July 6, 2009.) --UnneededAplomb (talk) 20:42, 13 July 2009 (UTC)
