Excessive detail[edit]

As for the general detail of the article, it's true, it goes into a lot of detail. Mind you, some of the existing linguistic articles, such as Germanic strong verb, or Swedish grammar, are also very detailed! Kanjuzi (talk) 14:07, 4 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Page viewing statistics[edit]

I am intrigued to see that while mostly about 5 to 10 people look at this article every day (who for all I know may be not people at all but search engines updating their databases), there is sometimes a spike of interest; for example from 28-30 December 2015 there were 141 views, and on 6-7 January 2016 115. Did some professor recommend it on their reading list? If so, was it useful and could the article be improved in any way? Or is there some other reason for the spike? Revision of 15 March 2016[edit]

I can't quite see why the anonymous editor who deleted the opening paragraph did so. The brief introduction is necessary and without it the second paragraph makes no sense. Perhaps the editor deleted it in error. At any rate, I have restored it. Kanjuzi (talk) 18:00, 15 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
