Undue[edit]

The strike is important, but these updates include too much minutiae. – Muboshgu (talk) 19:57, 10 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

This content, which was copied directly from the Associated Press release, has now been removed. I added a little more about the strike, and some about the CTU's recent history. Additions concerning the CTU's older history would be very welcome. Love, groupuscule (talk) 00:47, 11 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Hi groupuscule - thanks for your good work on this so far - I'd recommend against including the term "unusual" in the section describing the union's decision to decline the city's offer and go on strike, unless you add a bit of content explaining use. For instance, you might note that it's unusual because the offered pay increases are reasonable (if you believe that). Or because that kind of deal has been typical for the CTU, or other unions, in past years. Or because strikes are uncommon now and so it's unusual to see one. Or something like that -
