Is this encyclopaedic?[edit]

This railway never ran a train; it was taken over by the Grand Junction Railway before opening. I don't think this justifies an article here (as opposed to being mentioned in the GJR article). Afterbrunel (talk) 17:48, 21 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
