This needs a disambiguation page seeing as how that same street name is referred to as infamous by the NY Times, and therefore deserving of inclusion in Wikipedia. "He would wander around Charlotte Street, one of the South Bronx’s bleakest, which President Jimmy Carter had made infamous in a 1977 visit."
