I removed a deletion tag and performed a deeper revert to a more encyclopedic version. The article had been blanked and a promotional version of the article had been constructed over several revisions. There may be useful information in the more promotional version, however, that could be merged. In any event, the article is not eligible for speedy deletion since there is a non-promotional version of it in the history. The Uninvited Co., Inc. 22:52, 23 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Sounds good. I picked a bad version when I checked the history, I'll look more carefully next time. There are still content issues both here and at Emdeon, but not of the G11 variety. power~enwiki (π, ν) 23:02, 23 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

DOJ Department Of Justice Antitrust case[edit]

Suspiciously absent, any mention of DOJ actions against United purchase of Change Healthcare. https://www.fiercehealthcare.com/payers/unitedhealth-closes-acquisition-change-healthcare 2600:1700:87D2:1200:582A:F204:9CA:9755 (talk) 18:04, 6 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Update regarding 2024 cyberattack[edit]

Hello! My name is Barbara and I work for UnitedHealth Group. I'm here on Wikipedia to submit edit requests and suggest improvements to articles related to the company. I've been working with editors at Talk:UnitedHealth Group, but in this case I'd like to submit a request to add an update regarding the 2024 Change Healthcare cyberattack. I am proposing the addition of the following paragraph to the end of the Response section.

As of March 18, 2024, UnitedHealth Group had advanced payments of over $2 billion in assistance to health care providers affected by the cybersecurity attack. In addition, some services had been restored including Change Healthcare’s payment processing platform and pharmacy network.[1]

Thank you for making this update! Barbara at UHG (talk) 20:26, 20 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

It seems reasonable enough of a change. Thank you for disclosing. User:Sawerchessread (talk) 21:46, 20 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I've gone and added it in. User:Sawerchessread (talk) 21:53, 20 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

User:Sawerchessread, Thank you for responding to my request.

Question for you. The Response section details the health care industry response to the attack, not UnitedHealth Group’s response, correct? If my assumption is correct, do you think that for clarification purposes it would help to edit the Response subheading so that it reads Industry response?

Just a suggestion. Either way, I appreciate your assistance. Barbara at UHG (talk) 20:11, 26 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Looking through other previous hacks:
It could be called Responses or Reactions and be split into smaller subheadings if we flesh it out further. If there is a more appropriate example we could refer to, that could help as well. User:Sawerchessread (talk) 02:09, 27 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
