Untitled[edit]

This is a highly politically motivated article, probably written by a member/supporter of the United National Party (Opposition as at date) and creates a highly misleading idea about the subject of the article

Presidential standard and NFCC#8[edit]

@Hullaballoo Wolfowitz: has removed Kumaratunga's presidential standard from the page on the basis that its use here fails NFCC#8. Ive said in my revert summary that i dont believe it does, but more accurately, i dont believe it should apply here. If not the page of the president who the flag identifies, where else is this flag supposed to go? Surely its use here is appropriate seeing as the flag was her effective coat of arms during her presidency?

From my understanding, there is no universal interpretation of these points, and those that are assigned for review by humans is done precisely so that they can be decided on a case by case basis. - ක - (talk) 11:51, 9 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The aticle subject is more than adequately identified by the multiple free images used in the article. The fact that a copyrighted image exists does not mean that it is suitable for use in Wikipedia articles. The Big Bad Wolfowitz (aka Hullaballoo). Treated like dirt by many administrators since 2006. (talk) 14:47, 20 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
