Escape from Nazi POW[edit]

The article doesn't make it obvious that he was the first officer, during the second world war, to make it home from an Nazi POW camp. The first officer and for this he was awarded the MC. scope_creep (talk) 18:11, 27 Jan 2011 (UTC)
