Duplication[edit]

Maburgess has created what appear to be identical articles at Cephea cephea Jellyfish and Cephea Cephea Jelly. All the content should be merged here and these two articles deleted. Peter coxhead (talk) 10:25, 6 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Agree. YorkshireExpat (talk) 10:36, 6 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Done. Merged and redirected Cephea Cephea Jelly here, and inquired if it could be histmerged to get rid of the redirect. Tagged Cephea cephea Jellyfish for CSD as a dupe. --Elmidae (talk · contribs) 15:13, 6 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Some sources for this page are likely not reliable[edit]

The Cephea cephea is often mistaken with the Atolla sp. as they both are associated with the word "Crown" for one reason or another. I can't find any evidence that the Cephea cephea is a deep sea jellyfish or is bioluminescent, so there's a chance that the information comes from a source that mixed the two up. If anyone can find an academic publication backing these claims up, it might be a better idea to directly link those instead of the fact sheet that is currently being used 67.215.142.2 (talk) 13:11, 7 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
