did this later open as the expanded Central Wisconsin Convention & Expo Center, without the ice rink? A 2008 article (Area investors seek support) shows that the center was expected to be built in Rothschild and a 2014 article (Convention Center a key for local economy: Our View) mentions that the Central Wisconsin Convention & Expo Center is in Rothschild. does anyone know if this is the same project, a separate project, or just a coincidence?
