Reworking notes[edit]

I have removed the entry about David Simpson as the Oxford Dictionary of National Biography article about him does not explicitly substantiate that of the Sunday Schools he set up in his ministry, that one of them was in the village.Rimmer1993 (talk) 13:18, 23 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Cataractonium Page Creation?[edit]

I think we could justify the creation of a page for the Roman fort at Catterick as it was a considerable site and is really well published in the two catalogues as Wilson, P. 2002. Cataractonium: roman Catterick and Its hinterland York: Council for British Archaeology. I can't do it myself as I'm COI but would happily advise. Zakhx150 (talk) 14:09, 7 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I agree as there are plenty of other Roman settlements with their own articles. Probobaly the article should be along the lines of Eboracum. Any suggestions for online sources to start the page? Rimmer1993 (talk) 16:25, 8 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
