Genres[edit]

I think the genres mentioned in the article could use a little specificity. The current "folk, rock, pop" is quite vague in my opinion. Perhaps genres such as folk rock, indie rock and such would be more informative. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Nena000000 (talkcontribs) 03:24, 30 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Do you have reliable sources for those genres? - SummerPhDv2.0 02:59, 5 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Are there any for the current ones? Nena000000 (talk) 04:38, 10 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Does Allmusic count as a reliable source? There is a strange separation between "genres" and "styles" though, where styles are the more specific genres.
Also: I've noticed that genres very rarely have references directly on them and sometimes it seems that there are none at all. Do you think that if there are no reliable sources available concerning genres for an article, anyone could just go and put whatever they want on the genre section? Or should it be left blank?
