Green element and the importance of Villa Cerruti[edit]

Good afternoon users! My name is Sara and I contributed to improve the Wikipedia article concerning the Castle of Rivoli with a focus on its green element. Despite the fact that the Castle lacks of a proper and rich garden which is, on the contrast, usually present in several other Royal Residences, the Castle of Rivoli has still something to offer. On the one hand, the small ninfeo and, on the other hand, the garden of Villa Cerruti which has a significant importance in this context. That is why I thought it might be useful to share this knowledge with the community. In doing so I took advantage of two sources which are the following books written in Italian and that I translated and rephrased in English: 1. Affenita, Giacomo (1990). Residenze e Collezioni Reali. Torino: Editurist. pp. 125–133. 2. Christov-Bakargiev, Accornero, Cafagna, Rigolo (2019). La Collezione Cerutti. Torino: Allemandi. pp. 77–81.
