Strange commentary[edit]
I have removed a whole bunch of text in a subsection "three step test" which was substantively added here It simply doesn't seem to have much (or any) relationship to the "Lords Decision" at http://www.bailii.org/uk/cases/UKHL/2004/22.html which it seems is the purported source. If I am mistaken or the source is elsewhere, please see to things. I have also removed some unreferenced remarks substantively added here and some other (quite possibly accurate) unsourced comment.
