According to WP:BIO, a person is presumed notable if the person has "received significant coverage in multiple published secondary sources that are reliable, intellectually independent of each other, and independent of the subject."

The subject has received coverage in published secondary sources, including The Washington Post, Washington City Paper, The Washington Times, and Washington Blade, all Washington, D.C., local newspapers. The Wikipedia article included 58 citations for published secondary sources. Most of these qualify as significant coverage.

For the reason cited above, I propose to remove the Notability tag from the Wikipedia page.
