Deluxe Edition Cover (Not Fair Use)[edit]

I have uploaded and used a picture of Calling All Hearts (Deluxe Edition) and earlier today I found out that it was orphaned so I tried to use it again. However, it was once again deleted because it was "not fair use." However, when this picture was released into the public, the copyright laws were very loose and available (by law) for anyone to use for any reason especially for articles that give more information about the product. So it would appreciated if all my research and legally fair uploading were to be degraded by the delete button.

Thank You. It's Pain (Manuel Mexico) (talk) 7:03, 11 December 2010 (UTC)

Hi there. I would like to know how copyright laws are "very loose and available". Album covers are not free content and are covered under copyright. In addition, the deluxe edition cover is redundant; it is the same cover as the regular version, but monochrome, which does not qualify as fair use. Yves (talk) 01:13, 12 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Long Way Down[edit]

It's Pain (Manuel Mexico) (talk) 1:44, 24 March 2011 (UTC): On this page, I've edited several times to say that Long Way Down was a single. It was. There was a video shot. It was released to radio airplay. It was officially a single. The only thing that didn't make it a single was that it didn't chart. Keyshia released I Ain't Thru and Long Way Down at the same time. Take Me Away is the THIRD single. There is no rumored fourth single yet. The single listings goes as I Ain't Thru, Long Way Down, and then Take Me Away. Thank You!

"Long Way Down" was not a single. Just because a song has a video does not mean it is a single. There is no source that says the song was sent to the radio. It was just an album track that happened to have a video. Candyo32 22:07, 18 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
