Ironic name[edit]

Given that it was a victim of the Centralia fire. "Byrnsville," indeed. :) 217.171.129.74 (talk) 23:12, 30 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No merge. -- P 1 9 9 • TALK 17:51, 16 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I suggested this be merged with Centralia, PA. There is no longer a Byrnesville and it actually is situated in Conyngham twp, Columbia County. This article may be better suited to be integrated into the Centralia entry.

Also, there are NO references at all.Mrmcdonnell (talk) 18:16, 6 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Futhering the merger, Byrnesville is not even a census-designated place (CDP) and therefore should be merged into the Centralia entry, which is an actual recognized borough. Mrmcdonnell (talk) 13:28, 8 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose. There are plenty of examples of ghost towns with their own articles, and also even if this isn't considered a separate municipality, there are also plenty of articles on individual communities within municipalities. Merging with Centralia would be factually inaccurate as Byrnesville is not considered part of that boro. 68.146.81.123 (talk) 15:12, 14 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
