Dream-Star Button Nose → Button Nose – this is what it was known as in the English dub, and more likely it's WP:COMMONNAME the current location just looks like a bad translation of the original title 184.145.18.50 (talk) 18:26, 29 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

You bring up a good point that the anime might not be the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC for Button Nose, so maybe Button Nose (anime) might be preferable with a disambiguation page. Opencooper (talk) 19:27, 1 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
