Mayor is no longer Robert W. Alviene, but Ryan Martinez?[edit]

The article currently lists Robert W. Alviene as the Mayor in the infobox, which aligns with the New Jersey Mayors Directory Search which lists him as the Mayor of Butler in Morris County as of 2021-10-23 (PDF).

The Butler Borough's own website shows Ryan Martinez as Mayor, appointed on 2020-11-10 with term expiring on 2021-11-02.

User:DCKaba on 2021-08-31 made this edit, "As of 2020, the Mayor of Butler is Republican Ryan Martinez, who is completing the unexpired term of Robert W. Alviene, which ends December 31, 2021", then followed it with this edit, "As of 2020, the Mayor of Butler is Republican Ryan Martinez, whose term ends on November 2, 2021."

I'm not disagreeing with the correctness of these edits (I agree, they are both accurate), but I haven't been able to find any news sources that document the transition of mayorship, or what happened to former mayor Alviene and the appointment of Martinez. I imagine there must be some government meeting minutes at a minimum that documents this transition?

And, should the infobox be adjusted to reflect Martinez as the mayor?

Hello, Dossy Shiobara. I was also having problems trying to find out what was the reason for the transition so without that information, it just might be best to simply note that the mayor is Ryan Martinez. If I do in fact come across any more details, I will add it. I might even just contact Butler to find out if they have anything online they can direct me to.
