Wiki Links to Original Bunch[edit]

I notice most pages referencing Butch Cassidy etc. link to the original Wild Bunch, rather than Cassidy's later Wild Bunch. I don't have the time or compulsion to do it myself, but it does need to be remedied. - 203.206.236.82 10:53, 24 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I would like to see the source nicknaming Will Carver "News." other than the 1969 movie. I have read extensively on Will Carver (my cousin) and have never seen him referred to as "News" in any authoritative source. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Rsmith7949 (talkcontribs) 19:09, 29 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Even though the picture of the Wild Bunch has mouseover text saying "Click for larger image", clicking on it reloads the same page. Unless one clicks on one of the people, which links to their respective pages. This is inconsistent with the rest of Wikipedia. How does one get to the image info page with ease? 203.210.9.157 (talk) 12:54, 5 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hmmm..."attempt to abstain form killing" might be true if you consider only the robberies themselves, not later situations with the lawmen attempting to corner and kill them. The Alive in Wanted Dead or Alive was primarily for civilian conscientious objectors of the day. Live arrests tended to be bathhouse or drunken snoring situations with lots of onlookers. So given common killings of civilians as terror inducements during other gang's robberies, maybe they did have a minor ethical point. 72.182.15.249 (talk) 23:28, 19 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

There is proof Cassidy didn't shoot anyone, but not the rest of his gang. Whether escaping capture or returning fire, not civilians in banks or on trains, agreed; a minor ethical point.65.129.188.112 (talk) 05:55, 2 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

name[edit]

The phrase "Butch Cassidy and the Wild Bunch" seems to be more common, shouldn't that be how the title is written. That or just the "Wild Bunch". Just a suggestion.--LENCE D00600D (talk) 05:16, 2 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hanks?[edit]

Wasn't Camila a common mistake and his real name Camilo? Middle More Rider (talk) 13:27, 30 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Death?[edit]

Again, Cassidy's death needs be a question mark. There is evidence he wrote his family faithfully every week until 1930. And, that Sundance and Etta Place returned to the U.S. at least twice after fleeing to South America. Again: To simply: "agree" with the movie and rounding off:"1908" is unfounded and arbitrary. No reference here.65.129.188.112 (talk) 05:51, 2 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
