Moved most vehicle design content to bus article[edit]
I have moved most of the vehicle design details to the Bus article because I feel this article should focus on the manufacture and on manufacturers rather than be a separate source of content about the vehicles and the design of the vehicles except where it is relevant to manufacturing.
