Description[edit]

The following has been moved from the main page until a citation can be provided:

"The description of a broach spire can be further illustrated by imagining that the rectangularly square base of the steeple sits conventionally upon it's supportive tower whereupon it is then twisted through 45° but in addition to it's 4 original corners 4 further corners are created where the unturned steeple once stood so creating an octagon plan. These additional 4 corners are then strengthened by the addition of their own, triangular in elevation and polygonal in plan low level clasp type buttresses. H Chris Spreckley,"

This text, or something similar, ought to be reinstated, with a citation. As it currently stands the article doesn't actually describe its subject. 83.104.249.240 (talk) 00:14, 10 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I agree. Please provide the reference and it will be (with some necessary modifications to fit the MoS). --Peter I. Vardy (talk) 09:57, 10 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
