Any images?[edit]

Are there any geograph images at Commons that would be added? Here is a (rather low quality) image of the plaque for Sylvanus Phillips Thompson, that could be used. There is a much better image here, but I'm not sure of the copyright status. Thanks. Martinevans123 (talk) 09:40, 31 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

There is File:Bootham School - geograph.org.uk - 673245.jpg on commons of the building. Keith D (talk) 11:26, 31 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, that's not brillant for this article, is it, with the family strolling by. But it's quite clear. I think the article deserves some kind of image, so perhaps it could be usefully added, at least until a better one could be found? Martinevans123 (talk) 11:32, 31 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
It is the only one from the Geograph project, so you will have to look elsewhere for something better. I would add it until something else can be located. Keith D (talk) 11:43, 31 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I quite agree. Now added - I think it looks quite good, with the pedestrians not that noticeable. Would the plaque image add anything here? Thanks. Martinevans123 (talk) 11:54, 31 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
If you want to add the plaque then I would put it in the Notable Old Scholars section to fill up some of the white space, the top is a bit crowded by the large infobox. Keith D (talk) 15:27, 31 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, have added. Please reduce size if you think necessary. Martinevans123 (talk) 16:29, 31 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
