There appear to be several of the same phrases or sentences in this article and that paper. I'm not sure if it's a copyright violation, or simply overzealous quoting. The Darvin & Norton paper is cited here. I've blanked the section 'Key ideas' and raised the issue at Wikipedia:Copyright problems/2018 August 31 in order to be abundantly cautious.
